Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure the date and to begin the menu design process.
A non-refundable reservation deposit — typically fifty percent of the estimated experience fee — is invoiced after the consultation and confirms the booking.
The deposit is applied against the final invoice on the day of the experience.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for terms relating to any balance paid beyond the deposit.
