Cancellation Policy
Because every experience is composed personally, notice matters. The following terms protect both the guest and the Atelier.
Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the confirmed date: the deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations between seven and fourteen days: the deposit is non-refundable. Fifty percent of any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within seven days of the confirmed date: the deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is retained in full, as ingredients and staff will already have been committed.
Where a postponement is preferred to a cancellation, the Atelier will offer, at its discretion, a rescheduled date within ninety days at no additional deposit.
